TLCC’S ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS 2019

At 9.am on 21/3/2019, at the meeting room on 4th floor, Geleximco Building at 36 Hoang Cau, Thang Long Cement JSC “TLCC” organized successfully the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2019 “AGMS”.

The AGMS was participated by the representatives of the shareholders and led by Mr.Gatot Kustyadji Soeradji as the meeting chairman. At AGMS, the representatives of the shareholders, the Board of Management (BOM) and the delegates listened to the reports of the Board of Directors (BOD), the BOM about the company performance 2018 and of the Supervisory Board (SB) about the SB’s activities in 2018, 10 resolutions were approved, including the resolutions related to the business plan 2019 and the changes of the BOM and SB Members.

Also at this AGMS, two members of the BOM as Mr. Gatot Kustyadji Soeradji and Mr. Eko Rudy Nurcahyanto and one member of the SB as Mr. Agung Yunanto were approved to resign from TLCC. The new members of the BOM and the SB have been introduced.

In 2019, the BOM of TLCC committed to giving strong guidance in order to reach a number of targets as set out in the business plan 2019 and continue to research and improve quality of cement and clinker as well as service quality to achieve the vision to 2030 "Become a leading cement company in Vietnam".

The AGMS ended at 12:00 on the same day, received the pleasure, support from the shareholders, which is the good signal for a successful 2019 year.
