Successful Launch of the Internal English Training Program 2024

In today's increasingly globalized world, effective English communication has become an indispensable requirement for individuals, especially in a multicultural work environment like Thang Long Cement Joint Stock Company. Recognizing the importance of English proficiency, the company officially launched its internal English training program on October 10, 2024.

Designed to equip employees with the necessary English communication skills, the program aims to enhance work performance and facilitate communication with Indonesian managers. Eighteen participants from various departments are enrolled in the program, guided by internal instructor Bao Trang Hai Quynh, who possesses extensive experience teaching at international schools.

Over the three-month course, participants will hone their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills through interactive teaching methods. These methods encourage active participation with engaging communication activities, games, and group discussions on work-related topics. Additionally, participants will undergo continuous assessments to track their progress.

Attending the opening ceremony, Mr. Muhammad Yonanda, Finance and Human Resources Director, representing the company's board of directors, emphasized the company's commitment to enhancing the English proficiency of all employees. He also highly appreciated the employees' eagerness to learn and expressed confidence in the participants' ability to improve their English communication skills and contribute positively to the company's overall development.

Sharing her thoughts after the first session, Ms. Le Thi Thuong, staff of Quality control section said that “I am very excited to join this course. I hope to improve my English communication skills so that I can be more confident in my work as well as in my daily activities. I would like to thank the company's Board of Directors for providing this opportunity for employees to participate in the course.”

Improving English proficiency not only benefits individuals but also contributes to the company's overall growth. With the enthusiastic and proactive learning spirit demonstrated by the participants in the first session, we can confidently expect them to become more confident in English communication, expand their vocabulary, and enhance their listening skills, as shared by instructor Bao Trang Hai Quynh.
